These photos were taken on the Queen Mary. Orbs are not usually the best evidence
of a haunting, due to the fact that they can be caused by many contributing factors. But I am interested in the orbs
that appear to be gel-like. They have substance. The other orbs can be floating particles of dust, moisture, flying
insects, etc. When these things are captured in the flash of the camera just right, they appear as an orb. The
picture in the boiler room was the fourth picture I took of the same area. Each one was covered with a dark shadow.
I used a flash and the area should have been lit up. I know it was not a finger or something blocking the flash.
I chose to show this one because the location and shape of the shadow would be difficult to claim as something blocking
the flash. The picture taken in the hallway was snapped quickly and the camera moved. This creates the obvious
out of focus appearance. You can tell which direction the camera moved. When I downloaded the image, I was focusing in
on the white object in the lower left of the image. I thought I had caught a rather brilliant orb in motion.
While looking at a close up of the white object I noticed the transparent figure to the right. There was no one in the
hall. There was nothing that could have caused this. I only wish I didn't move the camera and the evidence
would have been in focus therefor making the transparent shadow lady more believable. Also, I still have no explanation
to the white object. There was NOTHING in the hall. After reviewing the image again, more closely, it almost looks
as though there is another shadowy figure a little farther in front of the first one. But this would be a good case
to make sure pictures are taken with a little control, so that they can be easier to assess the outcome.
